Job Responsibilities

As a maintenance technician, you will be part of an engaged team of 15 people responsible for service, maintenance, improvement work, and project participation. A responsive and driven group with strong cohesion and a positive work environment. The team's common vision is to prevent any downtime due to inadequate maintenance.

In this role, you will contribute to high technical availability in production and process equipment by performing both preventive and corrective maintenance. You will identify, propose, and implement improvements in close collaboration with service engineers, operators, and machine suppliers. An important part of your work is also to ensure the competence of operator maintenance and analyze fault developments and trends in the machinery park to continuously develop the operations.

Your main responsibilities:

Preparation, planning, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Troubleshooting and restoring equipment, documenting work, and working to eliminate root causes of wear
Problem-solving using Lean tools
Collecting data, analyzing, improving, and eliminating recurring faults on components
Participating in improvement work and developing activities based on conducted analyses

The company operates 24/7, and you will work on a 5-shift schedule.

Your Profile

You who apply possess the following:

High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience in Electrical and Automation)
Studies at Mälardalen Technical High School (MTG) are an advantage.
You have a high school diploma with a technical focus, preferably in control and regulation technology and/or mechanics
You have documented experience in TPM-related tasks
You have good initiative and the ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently
You are accustomed to and enjoy working in a fast-paced, demanding, and developing environment
You have good communication skills and can express yourself verbally and in writing, both in Swedish and English

Meritorious

Previous experience in maintenance work in cleanroom environments (RKC environment)
Electrical and/or automation experience

Your working hours will be scheduled for a 5-shift rotation.
